Shortest day of the year. Also the day the world is supposed to end, but so far, so good.

And now it is v-a-c-a-tion. Eleven whole sleeps before I have to go back to work. Ahhh. Quite a few of those sleeps will be in California. Double ahhh.

On this, the first day of vacation, I will go splashing. I am going to be hard-pressed to make my 12 check-ins per month for December, since I'll be gone all next week. As of today, I need three more. Class today, then biking tomorrow and Monday. I think it's doable. I wish there were locations where we're going in Cali. Alas.. we'd probably have to BE in LA to have an actual LA Fitness there, eh? *slaps knee* I'm dreading the first couple of weeks in January, when all the resolution-exercisers will be there. It'll be nutty.
