Can you spot the Robin in the tree? That Robin will be sad starting tomorrow, because we're supposed to be getting LIKE A FOOT OF SNOW IN THE NEXT 3 DAYS.
Pardon me now, while I weep for a couple of hours. It's not FAIR. There is NO SNOW left on the lawn. There are a million little birdies out there. I put away my winter coat.
Ugh. Despair.
Tomorrow while it is snowing like a *&$#^&#$ outside, I will be in Downtown Minneapolis at a nerdy techy conference. I am unreasonably excited about this, because 1) I never get to go to stuff like this; and 2) Social Media sessions and nerdiness! And I get paid to do it!
See how I am?
Tonight I'm going to watch my beloved do the bowling thing. It's their last official league night of the year. I should go support the team at least once. Plus, it's a chance to get some serious knitting done.
I realize that I'm writing 12 hours later than I normally do. When I think about it that way - that I'm usually sitting in this exact spot at 4:09 in the morning - well, that makes my head explode a little bit.
