Today's lesson... well, today - this month - this year's lesson... is about rolling with the changes and trusting in the outcome. And also, knowing that I'm okay (and dare I say) better, no matter what the outcome is.

The peeps who know about the Saga of the House™ in real life will have all the backstory. Those who don't, well, you just have to smile and nod along. I'd gone all along in this believing that this one thing would happen. And yesterday I found out that the other, less good, thing would happen. I went to bed all bummed out about it.

When I woke up this morning, I discovered that I was okay with it. After all, both outcomes get me to the same place. So it's time to just adjust the expectations and move on. Just like that, the weight's been lifted.
