Every morning we leave each other notes next to the coffee maker. This is what I found this morning! He makes me laugh every day.

SO. Now there's a new Pope - Francis (and he can't be Francis the First because there has to be a SECOND one before he can be a First, right??). I know that he can't and won't change all the ways of the Catholic church.. but from what I've heard, he lived a simple life and was genuinely concerned about and served the poor. That's a good place to start.

We went to Brasa last night.. but first I got to meet the tiniest, cutest dog in the world. He could literally fit in my purse and I'm sad that I forgot to take a picture of him. His name is Linus. He looked like a toy. Aww. So we met him, and then we went out for tasty dinner with his parents and that was all good! Also: I don't know how they make those caramelized Brussel Sprouts, but they should just have those on the menu ALL THE TIME.

Why, I ask you, is it not Friday yet?

And hey - what is with this SNOW outside? Snowing again? What a surprise. Or not.
