Love is love is love.

I got into a bit of a debate with someone about this, and then I finally got tired of talking to them about it and reminded them that, within our lifetimes, it had been considered illegal and immoral for people of two different races to marry.. and that times change and society evolves. To which they replied: "People of different races shouldn't intermingle either..." and then I stopped listening to them.

(ETA: I never thought I would hear words like that coming out of this person. Never.)

Well then. Goodbye, and don't talk to me anymore. So much hate. This, from a person who would stand on a rooftop and shout about what a great "Christian" they are. To this person I say: John 15:9-17 (notice how it doesn't say "except the gays and people of color") and also Matthew 6:5-7.

It's pretty simple. Love always wins.
