178/365 Even my sink is a happy place!

If you have to do dishes anyway, you should have a happy place in which to do them!

I spent part of yesterday afternoon thinking it was Thursday.. and worse yet, then I thought it was Friday! Disappointment!

But we had friends over for dinner (and pie! mmm. pie.) and then it didn't matter what day it was. It's always better when friends come for dinner.

For the first time in years, I found a sweater pattern that I like.. for a sweater that I would actually wear. SO - that's going on the needles now. It'll be an interesting experiment. I've gotten used to getting almost instant gratification from projects (a couple of weeks and done!) - so the thought of having the same project going on for a month or more is a little daunting. We'll see. It's not costing a dime, because this is yarn that was gifted to me. Worth a try.

They're already talking about new foods at the State Fair. I'm making my list. Happily, Ragazz's favorite food truck is going to be there, so there'll be no twisting his arm to *make* him get there. Heh. My secret plot - to turn him into a fair freak like me - is working!

Work work work... and then a gym bike ride immediately after that, so there's no excuse for not doing it. Ready, go.
